GAMES ART PIPELINE

Visual Alchemy: Explaining & Exploring the Magic of the Games Art Pipeline - Learn exactly what the full Games Art Pipeline consists of and the software and processes that are used in it.

DIGITAL CHARACTER CREATION

Learn how to craft and create characters and creatures for video games, this doesn’t have to mean flesh and blood, your creatures can be organic or non-organic, your job is to make them believable and add their character.


DIGITAL WORLD CREATION

Learn how to create the environments and props which populate game worlds. This is not just about learning the pipeline and creating the assets, but also about the storytelling within the environment to make it believable.


TEAM GAMES DEVELOPMENT

From concept to reality, work in groups with our Games Design and Games Programming students to create games throughout your degree. This will give you the chance to implement your Games Art skills within a team environment mimicking the team dynamics (on a smaller scale) found in the Games industry.


PORTFOLIO & EMPLOYABILITY

Throughout the course we will focus on improving your technical and interpersonal skills and strengthen your portfolio on your journey with us, this will constantly evolve year on year to ensure it is as strong as possible come graduation.

FINAL MAJOR PROJECT

End Game: You now have an idea of the specific role you would like to play in the games industry, your FMP is your opportunity to evidence that you are ready to move from education into industry, you choose the subject and content for you final tentpole portfolio piece.
